Ishika Konar is a highly accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, with over 18 years of experience across operations, management, supply chain, and client services.
She has held senior leadership positions including Director of Operations, Head of Operations, and Chief of Operations with globally recognized brands such as JW Marriott, Grand Hyatt, The Lalit, Taj Wellington, The Westin, and The Leela Palace.
Renowned for her leadership and operational excellence, Ishika has been instrumental in driving service quality, optimizing operational frameworks, and enhancing client experience across premium hospitality environments.
In addition to her corporate achievements, she has contributed to academia as a visiting lecturer at several hotel management institutes across India.
She was honored with the “Lady Management Professional of the Year” (2012) by ICF & IFCA, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the industry. Ishika holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Software Engineering and Hotel Management, reflecting her diverse and multidisciplinary expertise.
Sandeep Naidu is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in building and optimizing high-impact operational frameworks across multinational environments.
He has played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling risk and response functions, including contributing to the development of high-priority task force operations at Genpact India, supporting global clients such as Google and Meta during his tenure as a Senior Manager.
Recognized for his strong execution capabilities, Sandeep was subsequently entrusted with international responsibilities, where he led training and capability development initiatives in California, USA, for teams supporting the same client portfolio.
Sandeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology and is certified in Six Sigma with a specialization in risk and analysis.
His expertise lies in driving operational excellence, strengthening risk frameworks, and delivering scalable, process-driven solutions in complex environments.
Lasanthaa Kumara is a highly accomplished risk and compliance professional with extensive experience across banking, financial services, and global operations.
He has held leadership roles in prominent Sri Lankan institutions, including Seylan Bank and Bank of Ceylon, where he was responsible for overseeing and strengthening risk and compliance frameworks within highly regulated environments.
Expanding his global experience, Lasanthaa moved to India and joined Genpact, supporting key clients such as Meta within the Risk and Response function, including high-priority task force operations.
He further advanced his career with Teleperformance and J.P. Morgan, where he led APAC teams, driving regional risk oversight, operational excellence, and compliance initiatives.
Lasanthaa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, and an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, specializing in Risk and Compliance. His expertise lies in building robust compliance frameworks, managing complex risk environments, and delivering strategic oversight across global operations.
